WANTED: ARTISTS, CRAFTERS, AND FOOD VENDORS
If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please fill out the vendor application form. The Fruita Area Chamber of Commerce will need a deposit of $100, photos of your product or menu, and a photo of your booth set-up.
INSTRUCTIONS: Save the below Vendor Application form to your computer, fill out the application, re-save a copy to your computer, then when you click the “Send via Email” button at the top it should open your email with the completed form attached. The other option is after saving the Vendor Application form to your computer, complete the form, then click the “Print Form” button at the top and the form will be sent to your printer, then it can be mailed to the address noted on the form.
