We would love to have you join the Fruita Fall Festival as a vendor! Are you a food vendor? Artisan? Crafter? Local business? If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please fill out the vendor application form below. Include your top 3 location choices and we will do our best to assign your booth to one of your top choices. Payment is due in full, we require a picture of your booth and a City of Fruita Business License is required. Additional information is linked below for food vendors and the application covers all requirements.

VENDOR APPLICATION: 2018 VENDOR APPLICATION – PDF File — Can be emailed, faxed or mailed back to the Fruita Area Chamber of Commerce.

Application instructions: Save the below Vendor Application form to your computer, fill out the application, re-save a copy to your computer,  then when you click the “Send via Email” button at the top it should open your email with the completed form attached.  The other option is after saving the Vendor Application form to your computer, complete the form, then click the “Print Form” button at the top and the form will be sent to your printer, then it can be mailed to the address noted on the form.  If you have any problems or concerns, please contact Sadye at the Fruita Area Chamber of Commerce at (970) 858-3894.
